PURPOSE:To provide the subject mixed flour comprising a monosaccharide, casein, dried albumen, an amino acid, pulverized tea leaves. and soy sauce powder, and giving non-coated fried foods by mixing the mixed flour with meat and subsequently heating the mixture with a microwave oven without an oil. CONSTITUTION:The objective mixed flour comprises a monosaccharide, casein. dried albumen. and an amino acid in a total amount of 10-30wt.%, pulverized tea leaves preferably in an amount of 1-3wt.%, and soy sauce powder preferably in an amount of 3-8wt.%. |
