PURPOSE:To improve a man-machine interface by outputting guidance information am operation manual request when there is the operation manual request. CONSTITUTION:When the operator of a communication terminal does not know the operation method, the operation manual request from the communication terminal is received and an operation manual corresponding to service which the operator is to request is generated, whereby it is transmitted to the communication terminal. In such a case, a facsimile mail equipment is called and the operation manual is requested. The operation manual is requested by using a tone signal by a key operation in accordance with sound guidance from the facsimile mail equipment. The operation manual can be requested by using an OMR sheet. Thus, the man-machine interface can be improved and the function of a unit can fully be used. |
