<p>PURPOSE:To simplify a connecting construction by adopting an expansion joint for a bus connecting sheaths of equipment fixed to respective installation surfaces and providing supporting members between said sheathes in order to restrict a force in axial direction due to thermal expansion. CONSTITUTION:A pair of main buses 9A and 9B are installed on the mounting surface 7 made of concrete through base covers 6A and 6B. Sheaths 3A and 3B of an equipment with built-in disconnectors are connected to the upper portions of the main buses 9A and 9B. A portion between sheaths 3A and 3B is connected to a sheath 4 of a connecting bus having an expansion joint 5, thereby forming a gantry shape as a whole. On the top of both the sheaths 3A and 3B, a pair of steel supporting members 1A and 1B are fixed with bolts 10A and 10B. Elongation of the sheaths 3A, 3B and 4 due to temperature rise is absorbed by the expansion joint 5 and a force created in axial direction at that time is suppressed by the supporting members 1A and 1B.</p> |
