Board game based on horse racing - betting is made on winning horses and their order using dice and stakes managed by banker

The board is marked out with a number of parallel rows, each being equivalent to one point. Sufficient rows are provided to give at least two throws of the dice. Twelve horses (1 to 12) are chosen by the players, who indicate their winning order. Each horse is represented by a circular counter and the race is started from starting gates which are in the form of circular markers on selected rows on the board, depending on possible handicap. Each row of starters is designated by a certain colour. A separate board is used to register the players' bets and to give the results of each race.
