Louvre shutters for ventilator ducts - has plastics frame with split hinge bearings for strip end pins

The louvre shutter is used for ventilators or air ducts, pref. for ventilators built in walls. The louvre has frame with two rows of pivoting hinges for the end pins of parallel flexible strips. The strips are rapidly and easily fitted. The frame and the strips are injection moulded from plastics. The frame is made of several sections. The hinge bearings are built up a first and second bearing halves. The first half bearing is held on a frame main part. The second halves are arranged on a separate frame strip which is placed in position after the strip end pins have been assembled on the frame main parts.
