PURPOSE:To obtain the title new SHIRUKO (adzuki-bean soup with rice cake) readily producible, not becoming an undissolved lump state, comprising jam material of SHIRUKO of buckwheat flour, readily soluble in hot water by adding a saccharide to pulverized buckwheat flour, further an aqueous solution of cyclodextrin and granulating into a porous state and dried rice cake. CONSTITUTION:Milled buckwheat flour is pulverized by a finely powdering device, then blended with a saccharide such as granulated sugar, further the pulverized particles are mutually bonded by using 2-5% aqueous solution of cyclodextrin as a binder, granulated into a porous state to give a jam material of SHIRUKO of buckwheat, readily soluble in hot water. The jam material of SHIRUKO of buckwheat is sealed in a bag made of aluminum foil and incorporated with dried rice cake to give the objective SHIRUKO. |
