The crying doll has a cylindrical reservoir (5) in the head (1) joined to the eyes (6) and the mouth (7). A free heavy piston (11) moves in the reservoir allowing liquid to be added through the mouth when the doll is vertical, or nearly vertical, but forcing it out through the eyes (10) when the doll is horizontal, or nearly horizontal. There is a ball valve (8, 9) in the tube to the mouth. The reservoir is inclined upward towards the back with the tube to the eyes at the top. The tube to the mouth is at a height equal to that of the piston.
