Portable freezer using Peltier effect electrothermal element - powered by car battery can be used for cooking by reversing polarity

A portable ice-cream freezer which has a mixing chamber cooled by an electro-thermal element operating by the "Peltier" effect. The freezer can be operated by electrical supply from a car battery. Reversal og supple polarity enables the chamber to be used for heating or cooking a food prod. Ideal for campers. In a pref. design the freezer is encased in thermal insulation and has a hinged cover fitted with a notorised mixer. The "Peltier" effect element is built into the base of the chamber. A fan cools a heat exchanger to dissipate heat when freezing.
