PURPOSE:To secure an economical test method for the subscriber circuit by removing away part of the test area where the test is given to the subscriber circuit via the exchange with the wake-up of the subscriber side. CONSTITUTION:With dialing of the special number through the telephone of subscriber SUB, the subscriber is connected to subscriber circuit test unit SUBLT via route (1) and then drawn into telephone test part TT. The control part of automatic test unit ALTE clears test part RT and then performs the insulation resistance test and the capacity test for the subscriber circuit through inversion between contact S1 and S2. With end of the test, the call signal is transmitted from part TT, and the test result is informed to subscriber SUB. |
