Firstly, the notice sound is selected with switch 12 for notice sound selection. Next, minute information on the interval from the generation of a chime sound, etc., to the announcement of a required time is set by time setter 9. On the other hand, adder 10 adds the address that corresponds to the time value set by setter 9 to the count output value of minute counter 5 in timepiece LSI and then supplies the sum to ''60'' detector 11, and through address signal generator 13 and memory element 8, a voice signal is supplied to speaker 4 via synthesizer LSI3. This constitution can generate the chime sound, etc., as the notice sound of time annoucement. |
