PURPOSE:To provide a titled device of simple and compact construction by using half mirrors for a part or the whole of the 2nd scanning mirror group for correcting optical path length, and using a recurrent imaging element as an imaging element. CONSTITUTION:The reflected light from an original 1 irradiated by a lighting system 3 is fed via the 1st scanning mirror 7 and the 2nd scanning mirror 11 to a recurrent optical element 5. At this time, the 2nd scanning mirror 11 is a half mirror and therefore part of the light transmits through this, and falls onto a shielding member 12, where it is absorbed. Thence, the light recurred by the recurrent optical element 5 transmits through the 2nd scanning mirror 11, and is fed onto a photosensitive drum 6 rotating in synchronization with the scanning, by way of the slit S of the member 12 and a stationary mirror 10, whereby exposure is accomplished. |
