PURPOSE:To eliminate control of defective labels and laborious work for reprinting by a method wherein when defects such as voids and spots are detected in printed contents, the same barcode is reprinted at a printing part on the next label and the defective label is prevented from being peeled off at a peeling part. CONSTITUTION:When an inspection result of printing in a barcode is bad (such as printed contents are very likely not to be read because of voids and spots or to be misread because of too thick or too thin bar widths), the same barcode is reprinted by a thermal head 6 on the next label 3. Further, when a defective label approaches a peeling part 7, a shaft 8 is rotated to retreat a peeling point P by its edge part and change the direction of label paper 1 smoothly along a column surface to feed the label paper 1 to a base paper drawing part 9. |
