PURPOSE:To attain automatic dialing by providing a tone dialer generating means, a pulse dialer generating means, and a mode switching means changing over these generation modes, to an LSI incorporating an RAM and changing over the tone dialer operation and the pulse dialer operation. CONSTITUTION:A key input is inputted to a mode selecting circuit 4 of a repertory dialer in common use for tone and pulse via a control signal generating section 9 to decide the operating mode depending on the state of an MODE terminal. Further, an encode section and a KEYINPUT control section 6 decode a key input to store a data in an RAM section 8. Further, the data stored in the RAM 8 is outputted as a pulse from a pulse output sircuit 12 depending on the operating mode decided by the circuit 4 and outputted as a muting signal from an MUTE output circuit and an output control circuit 14. Further, a row tone generating circuit 16 and a column tone generating circuit 17 are connected to a decoder and selecting circuit 15 to attain TONE-OUT. Moreover, the tone dialer operation and the pulse dialer operation are switched.
