PURPOSE:To offer a vibration-eliminating device whose capacity is high at low cost, by a method wherein a hydraulic coupling is used for control of a speed and a phase of a motor in the vibration-eliminating device, and a quantity of movement of a scoop pipe of the hydraulic coupling is adjusted based on a detected signal from a plurality of detectors. CONSTITUTION:A driving gear 3 is fixed to an end part of a driving shaft 2 connected with a motor 1 and gears 4, 5 with unbalanced weights are made to gear with the driving gear 3. An intermediate part of the driving shaft 2 is provided with a hydraulic coupling 6, the hydraulic coupling 6 is provided with a scoop pipe 7, the scoop pipe 7 is connected with a scoop pipe driving device 8 and the driving device 8 is connected respectively with a speed detector 9 and a phase detector 10 of a vibration-eliminating device and a speed detector 11 and a phase detector 12 of a main shaft. Then the scoop pipe 7 is made to move to the most suitable position by the driving device 8 based on each of detected signals of each of detectors 9-12. With this construction, the vibration of the ship's hull based on unbalance of a main engine 13 is eliminated effectively. |
