PURPOSE:To alleviate electric field intensity, which is loaded on a main insulating layer, by bundling and fixing element wires thereby forming an element wire coil with a resin, which has a high dielectric constant. CONSTITUTION:In an insulated coil 5, ten element wire conductors 1, around each of which insulating tape comprising ordinary glass cloth and collected mica is wound and element wire insulation 2 is provided, are stacked. An aromatic amine hardening agent is compounded with a fixing resin having a high dielectric constant and a synthetic resin is obtained. Ethyl acetate is added to the synthetic resin. Barium titanate is mixed with the resin solution obtained in this way. After said resin is stirred, it is applied on the entire surface of outer periphery and is dried at normal temperature. A Neoflon film sheet is wound by one turn, and an element wire coil 3 is formed. The fixing resin is evenly infiltrated in the insulating film 2 of an element wire conductor 1 in the element 3, which is treated in this way, and the dielectric constant of an insulating layer 7 of element wire coil becomes approximately 8. Thus the treatment for easing the electric field can be performed in the ordinary manufacturing processes of the insulated coil.
