PURPOSE:To make good aperture correction possible at all times by providing the second converting circuit to which two kinds of color difference signals outputted from the first converting circuit and signals outputted from a correcting circuit are supplied, and converts these signals to tri-color signals. CONSTITUTION:Tri-color signals are converted to luminance signals Y and two kinds of color difference signals (R-Y,B-Y) by the first converting circuit (matrix circuit), and luminance signals outputted from the first converting circuit (matrix circuit) are aperture corrected by a correcting circuit 15. Aperture corrected luminance signals and two kinds of color difference signal (R-Y,B-Y) are converted to tri-color signals by the second converting circuit (matrix circuit) 16. Thus, each signal of tri-color signals can be aperture corrected.
