PURPOSE:To prevent other circuits from generating erroneous operation, and relieve the restriction of layout, by using a third transistor having zener effect between an emitter and a base of collector.emitter short circuiting type. CONSTITUTION:The following are provided in the title circuit. As for a first transistor Q1, the collector is connected to an input terminal 1 and one terminal of a constant current source I1, and the base is connected to the other terminal of the constant current source I1. As for a first resistor R1, one terminal is connected to the emitter of the first transistor Q1 and the other electrode is connected to an output terminal 2. As for a second transistor Q2, the collector is connected to the base of the first transistor Q1, the base is connected to the emitter of the first transistor Q1, and the emitter is connected to the output terminal 2. As for a third transistor Q31, one electrode is connected to a second resistor R2, one terminal of which is connected to the input terminal 1, the collector and the emitter are connected to the other electrode of the second resistor R2, and the base is connected to the emitter of the first transistor Q1. |
