PURPOSE:To keep a privacy call with a small memory capacity by sending each line signal while it is arranged in the order of a random number generated from a random number generator. In this case, moreover, the arrangement of the random number is sent while being checking so that the unreception of a read line picture signal does not take place at readout with the capacity of k-line of the line memory 25 in a receiver. Thus, high privacy call is maintained with a small memory capacity. |
