PURPOSE:To stabilize a colored image, and to prevent the generation of a stain in the title material by incorporating a cyan coupler having a 3,5-dialkyl-4- hydroxy benzoyl group in the sensitive material. CONSTITUTION:The cyan coupler having the 3,5-dialkyl-4-hydroxy benzoyl group is incorporated in the sensitive material, and the two kinds of alkyl groups may be the same or different with each other, and the each alkyl groups may be a straight or a branched chain, and are preferably branched alkyl groups. And, the 3,5-dialkyl-4-hydroxy benzoyl group has substituting groups at 3, 4 and 5 positions of the benzene ring contd. in the group. Thus, the cyan dye image having a less tendency for generating a fog against light can be formed, and the generation of a Y-stain in the uncolored part of the sensitive material against the light is prevented. |
