PURPOSE: To accelerate switching speed by providing a selector equipped with a buffer as a driver to be connected to a column and a driver to be connected to a row as the respective crossing switching means of a switching array. CONSTITUTION: As the respective crossing switching means of the switching array composed of M columns×N rows, the columns are provided with column buffers as drivers, the rows are provided with selectors equipped with drivers, and they are respectively serially connected. Concerning the selector, two input terminals connected to the column and the row and an output terminal connected to the row are opened/closed corresponding to its control input. Thus, any arbitrary one port among M pieces of inputs is connected to any arbitrary one port among N pieces of outputs. P type and N type MOSFET are used for the buffers and selectors as switching transistors. Thus, switching speed is accelerated.
