PURPOSE:To make a person acquiring a card prohibited to use the card illegally by imitating the signature of it by providing a liquid crystal shutter to operate only when a specified electric signal is imparted. CONSTITUTION:A signature written in a name plate is concealed by a liquid crystal shutter 3 and can not be seen in a condition that a specified electric signal is not imparted to a card 1. When the specified electric signal is imparted to the electric signal input terminal 4 of the card 1 by an external card checker 8, the electric signal is imparted to the liquid crystal shutter 3 through the electric signal input terminal 4 and the liquid crystal shutter 3 is activated. Then, the signature written in the name plate under it can be seen. Even when the electric signal except the specified one is imparted to the liquid crystal shutter 3 through the electric signal input terminal of the card 1, the liquid crystal shutter 3 is not activated and the written signature can not be seen. Thus, it can be prevented that a person acquiring the card 1 illegally from using the card 1 illegally by limitating the signature. |
