<p>Method for the manufacture of individual sachets of any shape and each containing an individual dose of an active product in which: - two films (10, 11) from which the sachet is to be formed, are unrolled, the facing surfaces of these films being such that they can be heat-welded, - the two films are brought substantially into contact with each other on each side of a unit (15) for depositing a product disposed between the two films which are heat-welded by two shaped heating plates (18, 19), - the united sheet (20) is displaced towards a punch-type station cutting separate sachets (33) from the sheet (20), the contour of the punch and of the die respectively being shaped and arranged in such a way as to cut the sheet (20) around the volume (16) containing the product and the cutting-out taking place only in the areas of the sheet where the two films are heat-welded. <IMAGE></p> |
