PURPOSE:To obtain the optical disk of a double-sided type having mass productivity by applying an adhesive agent which is cured by light and heat on one recording layer side of two sheets of optical disk veneers, sticking these veneers, heating or resting the veneers to spread the adhesive agent and curing the adhesive agent by irradiation with UV rays. CONSTITUTION:The adhesive agent which is cured by light and heat is applied in an annular shape on one surface formed with the recording layer of two sheets of the optical disk veneers having parts 16, 17 where the recording layers of the outer and inner peripheral parts of the substrates are not formed and a center hole part 18 of the disk and these veneers are stuck to each other in a vacuum. This disk is heated or is put into an oven to spread the adhesive agent; thereafter, the disk is irradiated with the UV rays by a high-pressure mercury lamp 22, etc. to tentatively cure the adhesive agent of the parts 16, 17, following which the disk is rested for 24 hours to allow the adhered layer to cure. The disk is further heated for 3 hours at 60 deg.C, 8 hours at 70 deg.C and 4 hours at 90 deg.C to cure the adhered layer. The double-sided type optical disk having the mass productivity is easily produced in this way without impairing the appearance. |
