PURPOSE:To provide the subject yield-increasing liquid agent composed of P2O5, NH3, K2O, MgO and H2O at specific weight ratios, having low freezing point to enable the use in cold district and capable of remarkably increasing the nutrient content of a bed log and the yield of shiitake mushroom, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective liquid agent for increasing the yield of shiitake mushroom can be produced by mixing concentrated phosphoric acid, ammonium phosphate, potassium phosphate, magnesium salt, etc., at ratios to give a mixture composed of 54-3-30% P2O5, 3-1-1% NH3, 3-7-1% K2O, 1-5-0.5% MgO and 37.4-67.5% H2O in terms of the weight of oxide. The agent preferably has a pH of <=3 at the concentration for use. The agent is sprayed to a bed log or artificial medium or a bed log, etc., is immersed in an aqueous solution of the liquid agent. Since freezing of the liquid agent does not take place even at -15 deg.C, the agent is advantageous for the cultivation of shiitake mushroom in cold district or on a high land. |
