<p>PURPOSE: To uniformly produce the respective parts of chicken with high quality by providing an automated separating an cutting device for wings of chicken. CONSTITUTION: This device is provided for cutting and separating the wings of chicken with breast into respective parts and equipped with a conveyer chain 44 for conveying the wings. Because of this conveyer chain 44, the wings to which the breast is stuck as a whole are first conveyer along an interval part between panel 14 and 16 and next passed on a rotary blade for cutting the top end parts of the winds so that their top end parts are separated. Successively, the wings are passed through a fixed knife 114 for separating flat parts so that their flat parts are separated and finally, the wings are passed through a rotary blade 142 for separating their drumette parts from the breast so that their drumette parts are separated. Thus, exact cutting and separating are performed while being completely automated.</p> |
