The expander finds application for wheeled tractors, mechanical handling machines and other machines on wheels where it can be attached to the front and rear wheels. It provides for a shock-free link to the wheel hub and increases the efficiency of the wheeled machine. The expander includes a grated or a compact drum (1) connected to a flange (2) by means of spokes (3) connected to the flange (2) with rubber pads (4). The outer part of the pads (4) is attached with bolts and strips to the spokes (3) and their inner part is fixed with special bolts to the flange (2).
