The method and the system are used for the security both of fixed objects such as private and public buildings, and of mobile objects such as motor transport vehicles, personal effects, etc. The sensors (markers) fitted to the object need no electric (batteries, storage batteries, etc.) and mains supply and there is no need for any galvanic connection between the and there protected point. By the method, enquiring electromagnetic electromagnetic pulses are generated and radiated from the control point whichl are distributed to the protected object and are received and re-emitted passively from specific points of the object as response signals. In addition, the pulses have specially selected amplitude and phase characteristics so that in the control point they are mutually compensated when there is no violation on the object, and in cases of attempted violatio to be decompensated. The system consists of a control unit (1) containing a source of enquiring ratio pulses (2), an aerial switch (3), stationary receiving-radiating aerial (4), receiving unit (5), analyzer (6), alarm-indication unit (7), communication channel (8) and control unit (9). The indicating part (10) contains passive markers 11.X, X = 1, No H, , fitted in the control points of the object.
