The method and the device is used in the food and the chemical industries for the intensification and improvement of the chemical processes. They improve the quality of the homogenezed product as well as the physicomechanical properties of the liquid systems precessed. The device has a simplified techological design. By the method, hydrodynamic cavitation is realized, the liquid product flow being under pressure to the operating zone of a homogenezing valve representing hydraulic resistance. The operating zone changes the direction of the flow at its initial part so that its degassing occurs, and the separated gas returns to the liquid product flow in the area of the inlet part of the operating zone. At the exit the flow is throttled-doun by the hydraulic resistance. The device consists of a homogenizing head which is mounted in an incoming pipeline, and includes a homogenizing valve (6) and adjoining saddle (2) between which the operating zone is formed. The homogenizing valve (6) consists of inserted central axis (4) and a bushing (10) with a rim, fitted in the incoming part of the device. An elastic seal (11), separation plate (12), valve body (14) with a perforated plate (13) mounted to it and a fixing nut (15) is inserted on the bushing (10). The disk of the valve body (14) is mounted in the front of am adjustable housing (7), and an interspace (16) being formed between them which, by means of concentric holes (18 & 19) and radial grooves (20) is connected to the degassing and blowing zones.
