PURPOSE:To make the portable radio terminal equipment small by mounting a connector to a battery container chamber at rewrite of a memory and a call CONSTITUTION:A partition wall 11 is provided in a case 1 to separate the case 1 into a containing chamber 9A containing a radio unit 9 and a containing chamber 10 for a battery 15. A pin contact 25 of a connector 20 is inserted into a hole of a support cylinder 24 of a housing half 21B, a tip is inserted and penetrated through a hole 23 of a flat face 22 and mounted in a housing 21. In the case of write/read of information stored in a memory of the radio unit 9, the battery 15 is removed from the container chamber 10 and the connector 20 is mounted in the chamber 10 so that each contact 25 is inserted to a relevant guide hole 19 of the partition 11, then the contact 25 is in press contact with a contact of a contact plate 30, and a personal computer and the unit 9 are connected electrically. Thus, the terminal equipment is made small. |
