<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage detecting device that reduces the number of components, reduces the cost, and reduces the mounting area. <P>SOLUTION: In a PNP transistor Tr1, the base is connected to an insulated device D<SB>1</SB>, the emitter is connected to the negative side of a high-voltage battery B<SB>H</SB>, and the collector is connected to the positive side of the high-voltage battery B<SB>H</SB>. NPN transistors Tr21-Tr2n are disposed in respective blocks B<SB>1</SB>-B<SB>n</SB>.
