PURPOSE: To provide a heat-removing device which forms an indirect collision refrigerant flow passage, so as to efficiently remove heat from an integrated circuit with large power consumption. CONSTITUTION: Invented heat removing device is composed of a 1st plate 600 which have 1st injection channels and 2nd discharge channels, arranged alternately with the injection channels, a 2nd plate 400 which has 3rd cooling channels at angles to both the injection channels and discharge channels not to be flush with and is arranged relatively to the 1st plate 600, and a 3rd plate 500 which is arranged between a 1st plate 600 and a 2nd plate 400 and has nozzle holes 502. The 1st and 2nd plates form flow passages which reaches the discharge channels from the injection channels through the cooling channels. |
