The latent bulky polyester different shrink mixed yarn is produced by mixing a polyester undrawn yarn having 30˜70% nonaqueous shrinkage ratio and 0.03˜0.04 birefringence ratio and a polyester drawn yarn having 5˜25% nonaqueous shrinkage ratio to be satisfied as Db/Da=0.5˜1.0 and Fa-Fb=3˜15% [Da=total fineness of undrawn yarn; Db=total fineness of drawn yarn; Fa=supply ratio of undrawn yarn; Fb=supply ratio of drawn yarn , and tension heat treating the mixed yarn at 0.02g/de tension force or more and 130˜200deg. C.
