PURPOSE:To easily manufacture organic fine grains deposited with an electrification control agent and having improved electrification quantity distribution and environment dependency and a long life by improving the function efficiency of the electrification control agent, and improving the charge exchange capability. CONSTITUTION:(A): organic fine grains, (B): polymer with the average molecular weight 2000-200000 containing a fourth-class salt ionic group, (C): a dispersion liquid containing a dispersion medium insoluble for the organic fine grains (A) and soluble for the polymer (B), and (D): an insoluble agent ion-exchanging the fourth-class salt ionic group in the polymer (B) to deposit an insoluble polymer are added. |
