Flexible fasteners, such as cords or straps which are to be buried in the ground, are secured by a tube (1) in which a rigid rod (4) slides. Movement of the rod is limited at the top and bottom. The rod is introduced inside a washer (3), fixed to the tube top end, whose external diameter is the same as the tube. The washer internal diameter (7) is slightly greater than that of the rod. The end of the rod outside the tube is fixed to a plate (5) of greater dimensions than the tube external diameter. The lower part of the rod is fixed to a mass (6) which abuts against the washer and opposes pulling out of the fastening. The tube lower end is closed by a sealing flange (2).
