<p>PURPOSE:To provide a nursing bed incorporating a device which can easily shift a patient, an old person or the like onto a transfer bed while the patient or the like laid on a mat when the patient is transferred from a sick room to a consultation room. CONSTITUTION:Two of nursing beds each of which incorporating a patient shifting device in which a plurality of belts 12 are arranged at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction of a body 1 so that a part of the belts are projected from the longitudinal ends of the bed body 1 so as to surround a mat 2, and are driven by a first planetary roll 5 making contact at its outer peripheral surface with a drive roll 5 and rotating, reverse to the rotational direction of the latter, are arranged adjacent with each other while their directions are set in order so that the belts 12 projected from one side thereof are meshed with each other. Then, the belts 12 are made to run in order to shift the patient from one to other adjacent bed.</p> |
