PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve entire throughput by a gateway dividing EC into virtual ECs, dynamically distributing incoming connection within a virtual EC based on load of a current server according to a policy that can be structured and by supporting the dynamic structure of a cluster. SOLUTION: A TCP connection router 300 is connected to a communication link of an interconnection 110 and connects with a computer (CP) nodes 105 to 109 which forms a cluster. One of CPs in a cluster which works as a gateway (GW) is connected to an external host (CP) through a network (NW) 120. The GW is connected to plural NW, also, plural nodes inside a cluster become GW, and the connection of each GW to a boundary can have plural addresses on NW. A manager 320 sends a command request 344 to an executor 340, evaluates response 346 and controls a route. Thereby, entire throughput can be improved.
