Refrigeration plant operation method

The method is for a refrigeration plant with an intermittently operated cooling circuit for a coolant which is subject to a phase change. The coolant is delivered in the working period of the compressor as vapour from the evaporator to the condenser and subsequently arrives as a liquid through a throttle device back into the evaporator. The coolant transported at increased temperature and increased pressure in the liquid phase in the working period of the compressor (1) is delivered from the condenser (3) into a liquid collector (4), thermally insulated from the temperature level of the condenser. The internal pressure of the collector is greater than the pressure in the evaporator.
