Thin film laminated conductor

The conductor (2) is a thin film of Al, or its alloy formed in a given pattern on a transparent substrate (1), while a second conductor (3a) is a transparent, conductive thin film, containing a metal oxide and deposited in a given pattern on the substrate, with at least a part deposited on at least a part of the first conductor. Preferably, the Al alloy is chosen from a group containing one of the following elements, i.e. Si, Cu, Ti, Ta, Mo, Cr, Ni, Y, La, Nd, Gd, Tg and Dy. The first conductor may consist of two thin films, first containing Al or its alloy, and the second one containing a high melting point metal.
