摘要

A signal processor which is constituted in such a way that a low-compression processing means keeps inputted video signals on first and second recording means in accordance with the frequencies in use of the video signals after lowly compressing the signals when the video signals are kept by highly compressing the signals by means of a high-compression processing means, that the high-compression processing means edits the kept video signals and prepares an execution order list indicating the executing order of the edition, and that, the low-compression processing means outputs the video signals having high frequencies in use from a first storing means having a small memory capacity (accordingly, being easily accessible) based on the edition executing order list.
