When a combustion condition of the internal combustion engine is lean, exhaust gas passes through a passage in which catalytic converter rhodium is charged, and when the combustion condition of the internal combustion engine is stoichio? or rich, the exhaust gas passes through a passage in which copper-contained crystalline silicate or copper-contained zeolite catalyst is charged. |
