PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate synchronization between base stations without transmission/reception of a synchronizing signal between the sections. SOLUTION: A slot detection section 1 detects a head slot of a data signal Sa sent from an opposite station via a transmission line. A slot detection section 2 detects a head slot of a data signal Sb that is sent from its own station to the opposite station. A slot difference detection section 3 detects a slot number equivalent to a timing time difference between the data signals Sa and Sb based on the result of detection by the slot detection sections 1, 2 and outputs slot difference information Ds. A timing adjustment section 4 deletes the number of slots equivalent to the timing time difference or inserts dummy slots equivalent thereto to adjust the timing of the data signal Sb thereby synchronizing the data signals Sa and Sb. |
