<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong the life of a die for efficiently stamping many printed wiring boards by using material, having the molybdenum or powder systems of high-speed tool steel, for a tooth shape part; making adequate hardening treatment, and imparting a taper angle, tilted at an acute angle to an inner side, to the inner side wall surface of a boring part. SOLUTION: Material, having the molybdenum or power systems of high- speed tool steel, is used for metallic material for the tooth shape part of a stamping die. Hardening treatment by high-temperature hardening is made, Rockwell hardness is uniformed, and the bending of a die part and so on is lessened. The inner side wall surface of the boring part 2 of an extracting punch 31, an important component for a die, is tilted at an acute angle, from an addendum 3 to an inner side, from a vertical surface V: to form a wall surface shape having this taper angleθof about 5-20 min., or the addendum part, having given depth H, is left to equally have the taper angle. Consequently, separable falling of punch refuse can be made proper, and damage to the die can be eliminated, to prolong the life of the die.</p> |
