PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable anybody to easily operate a communication intermediating device even when it is installed at a KARAOKE box, a game centure, etc., by providing a video camera, etc., and capturing the poseur and voice of the user, showing video voice data and character data to the user, generating an appeal file wherein the video and voice data and character data are put together, registering and managing it in a specific shortage part. SOLUTION: A video sound input processing means captures the posture and voice of the user through the video camera 10 and a microphone 30. A video and sound output processing means shows video and sound to the user through a speaker 90. An operation input processing means processes user input from the operation part of a switch panel 100, etc. The four operation modes, respective processes for registering the appeal file, reproducing the appeal file, generating and recording a response file address to the registerer of the appeal file by a browser, and disclosing the contents of the received response file to only the registerer at the address are performed. |
