PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To report a security monitoring state in a tenant building through an existing PBX and a telephone line to a janitor room and a security company. SOLUTION: This security system is provided with plural telephone sets 1 with human body detecting functions installed at a tenant in a monitoring domain so as to be turned into call incoming enable mode at the time of human body detection and to automatically report an absent call incoming mode switching request to a PBX 3A at the time of human body non-detection, security means 3A for monitoring the modes of the respective telephone sets 1 through the PBX 3A and providing a security state against illegal invasion in the monitoring domain when all the telephone sets are switched into absent call incoming mode, and alarm means 3A for issuing the alarm of illegal invasion to a monitoring center 7 when the call incoming enable mode switching request is received from at least one telephone set in the security state. |
