PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restore a decoding processing without exerting an influence even upon a next decoding processing unit even in the case of the occurrence of a data error or the like in decoding digitally encoded data. SOLUTION: A data read-out means 12, a data processing means 14 which generates a processing end signal S15, a processing unit-wise final data detection means 13 which generates a signal S14 to detect final data in a processing unit, and a control means 15 which discriminates timings of the processing end signal S15 and the signal S14 to output the result as a control signal are provided. If the processing is terminated before the end of a processing unit, data is abandoned; and if read-out of a processing unit is terminated before the end of processing, data output is stopped, thereby starting a next decoding processing from leading data of the next decoding processing unit to restore a decoding processing. |
