COMBUSTION METHOD OF FUEL, BURNER AND RETREATING DEVICE

PURPOSE: A combustion method of fuel, a burner and a retreating device are provided to greatly reduce an amount of dioxin among discharged gas with the burner and retreating device and to be below a regulation value. CONSTITUTION: A case shape outer nozzle(52) is prepared with an outside nozzle opening hole on a front end. An inner nozzle is coaxially arranged inside the outer nozzle and prepared with an inside nozzle opening hole(54A). A fuel supplier(56) supplies liquid fuel mixed at 5 to 20% of capacity rate as a reduction number that oxidation reduction electric potential is decreased to -100 to -2500mV. A decompressor is installed in the inner nozzle to decompress and boil the supplied fuel. Air is mixed with at least some of the fuel between the inside and outside nozzle opening holes. Then the mixed gas is erupted from the outside nozzle opening hole.
