<p>PURPOSE:To provide the cursor controller which displays a cursor accurately at a desired point on a display element through an input means and reduces malfunction caused by the fine movement of the input means. CONSTITUTION:Cursor position data corresponding to the movement of the input means 18 like a mouse is stored in a cursor position register 24 and the cursor controller which displays the cursor at a corresponding lattice point among plural lattice points assigned on a display screen according to the cursor position data from the cursor position register. This cursor controller is equipped with a comparison control means 38 which receives and compares the cursor position data from the cursor position register 24 with position data on the corresponding lattice point and adjusts the cursor position data to the position data on the corresponding lattice point when they do not match each other.</p> |
