PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a control node accurately allocate a time slot to each node. SOLUTION: In a wireless network consisting of one control node and one or more nodes to be controlled, a fixed length data block related to a synchronous packet and an asynchronous packet is transferred between respective nodes by utilizing a prescribed time slot among a plurality of time slots (slot 1 to slot 6) respectively provided within continuous cycles. The nodes to be controlled transmit time slot allocation information (reserved bandwidth information, the number of slots change command, slot allocation frequency change command, etc.), for time slot allocation control to the control node. The control node controls the time slot allocation of the nodes to be controlled on the basis of the time slot allocation information. The control node permits the transmission of each node by using the slot permission area of a control block.
