PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skinning curved surface generating system capable of more precisely controlling the shape of a skinning curved surface. SOLUTION: The skinning curved surface generating system for generating the skinning curved surface by interpolating plural cross sections, is composed of an input means for inputting plural cross sections and plural tracks, a track segment generating means for generating a track segment partitioning each of tracks with all the cross sections, a cross section segment generating means for generating a cross section segment partitioning each of cross sections with all the tracks, a boundary constituting means for composing a skinning boundary, which expresses the skinning curved surface, of the track segment generated by the track segment generating means and the cross section segment generated by the cross section segment generating means, and a skinning curved surface generating means for generating the skinning curved surface from the skinning boundary constituted by the curved surface boundary constituting means.
