<p>PURPOSE:To provide a guide pin vertically and to make the relative movement between a male and a female block in a horizontal direction by completing insertion and connection of couplings with a coupling cylinder after guiding a female block recessed guide to insert and fit it into a chamber pin provided vertically on a male block by the actuation of a traveling cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A male block A is composed of a female coupling holding body 2, which is provided with a guide pin 1 and a self-seal female coupling 2a implanted therein, a fixed pipe 3 connected to the female coupling 2a, and such others, and a key 1a is fitted to the guide pin 1 to determine the rotation position around the pin shaft. When a traveling cylinder 13 actuates toward the pushing direction, a female block B approaches the male block A, a slant portion of a recessed guide 4 comes in contact with the guide pin 1 and the concave guide 4 moves freely to position in the Y direction. Fitting of all of these is completed after the key 1a comes in contact with the slant surface of a key receiver guide. Thereafter, a detachable cylinder 6a makes a coupling supporting body 5a actuate toward the attaching direction.</p> |
